About LP Aui the Experienced Guru Monk of Wat Khlong Khla, Phichit Province:
This is Luang Por Aui, abbot of Wat Khlong Khla, Phetchabun Province whose holy water is very famous. LP Aui was born in 1931 in Phichit Province. As a child, he liked to learn new things. At age 16, he got ordained as a Buddhist novice. His uncle, a monk who was a disciple of LP Khian (a holy monk of Wat Samnak Khun Nen, Phichit Province) introduced him to LP Khian. Then LP Aui studied with LP Khian. He learnt mantras and many things from LP Khian.
As for LP Khian of Wat Samnak Khun Nen, he was a holy monk who forecasted what would happen in the future exactly, had holy spoken words and came to a place wonderfully (so fast as if he could disappear). LP Aui told that he ever walked with LP Khian in the rain, he was wet, but LP Khian was completely dry!
In the past there were many robbers and villagers were afraid, LP Khian made Wua Tanu , an ox figure from clay and gave to people. With power of Wua Tanu , the robbers dare not come and people have lived peacefully since then.
LP Aui followed LP Khian everywhere, so he had a chance to meet many different guru monks and gained knowledge from them.
When becoming an adult, LP Aui got married and had 6 children. Later, his wife died and that made LP Aui felt bored with a layman life. So got ordained again in 1987 (age 56) receiving a Pali name “Siripanyo” that means “who has good intellect”.
After ordination, LP Aui has stayed at Wat Khlong Khla. He studied more mantras with LP Warn, a former abbot of Wat Khlong Khla. As for LP Warn, he was a younger brother of LP Derm, Wat NongPho, Nakhon Sawan Province.
All monkhood, LP Aui never throws away knowledge he had studied. He always revises knowledge such as herbs, mantras, introspection meditation (Vipassana Gammatan) in order to help people. His holy water is so famous that people in Thailand and overseas come to LP Aui every day.
About Pha Yant (Magic Cloth):
“Pha Yant” or magic cloth is a longtime sacred object in Thai belief. “Pha” means cloth. “Yant” means holy characters or designs. So “Pha Yant” means a piece of cloth which has holy characters or designs.
In the past, a monk made Pha Yant for people to help them safe from war like you see outfit of ancient Thai warriors or in Muay Thai as Prajead (armbands) and Mongkol (headband).
In fact, there are many kinds of Pha Yant sorted by purpose of the maker such as for charm, protection, luck or business.
To make cloth holy, a guru monk or master will write Yant (holy characters) on the cloth and then bless it with Katha (magic spell) about the certain power they want.
You can carry the magic cloth in a pocket, bag or wallet.
