This is a holy medal with image of RuesiCheevoga, the hermit who was a doctor of Buddha and herbal expert of the world. Power of RuesiCheevoga is believed to keep worshiper healthy and free from illness. The back of the medal is Buddha Phaisatchayakuru (phai-sat-cha-ya-ku-ru) whom the Chinese and the Tibetan praise as “the great master of all medicine”.

About Guru Monk:
Luang Por Saran (abbot of Wat Dong Noi, Lopburi Province) is a monk who devotes himself to practice and development. He was taught meditation by LP Lorm and LP Phut and gained magical knowledge from LP Dam. All of them were famous Cambodian guru monks in the past. Also, LP Saran was guided about meditation by LP Fun Arjaro (Wat Pa Udomsompon, Sakon Nakhon Province) and LP Waen (Wat Doi Mae Pung, Chiang Mai Province) who were famous Thai meditation monks.
In 2520 BE (1977 CE), LP Saran set off a monk journey to Lopburi Province. He stopped to rest and do meditation at Thung Kok Ko where is a field near Dong Noi village. His routine was admired by villagers. People there thought LP Saran qualified to be an abbot and at that time there was no abbot at Wat Dong Noi. So people invited LP Saran to be an abbot of Wat Dong Noi.
Since then, LP Saran has applied his knowledge from Cambodian teachers and Thai teachers to help people who have illness caused by black magic and evil powers. Many people could pass identified illness with sacred treatment by LP Saran. This makes LP Saran famous among foreign disciples in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. One disciple Mr. Wun Lee Teng, a Singaporean businessman has a lot of faith in LP Saran and has been helping LP Saran ritual affairs since 1997.
There is the annual ceremony performed by LP Saran. This ceremony is well-known among disciples who invest coming from Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia in order to attend the holy ceremony once a year. In the event, LP Saran performs holy blessing to ward off misfortune and performs gold Takrut embedding ceremony.
