‘Luangpho Kaen Chan’ is the holy Buddha image, art of Dvaravati. This Buddha image floated along on the river from Kanchanaburi Province. Standing posture with alms bowl. Made of gold mixed bronze. The lower part is carved from sandalwood. 2.26 meters tall. Situated at Wat Chong Lom, Ratchaburi Province.
This holy Buddha is highly respected in Ratchaburi Province. Story says this Buddha image floated along the river, time of Ayutthaya era and people together invited to place in the temple for worship.
