From: Wat PhraTaat Paa Chum, this is an old temple in Chiang Rai province

Color/Presented: Copper / on the front have show MonDob of this temple, on the reverse has Buddha’s Foots -Print image

Material: Copper

Ceremony: Many holy monks have blessed super power amulet properly by 7 days. The ceremony was during 7-13 April 1995, made from metal.

Origin: Thailand

Purpose for making: An abbot created the amulet that require donation of money for building &#3617;&#3603;&#3601;&#3611; the temple. In addition, this amulet is made as a reminder of the Buddha has been visited in Thailand.

Regarding to Buddha’s Foot-Print Statue or Phra Phutthabat, in the 17th century at Saraburi province a hunter found a puddle of water which looked like a (oversized) footprint. It was declared a footprint of Buddha, and Wat Phra Phutthabat was built around it.
