The Biography of LP Phrom:
LP Phrom Tawaro was born on 12 April 1883 at Tambon Banpraeg, Maharaj District, Ayuttaya Province. His parents were Mr. Mee and Mrs. Lorm Gosalung. He had 4 brothers and sisters, consisted of Mrs. Loi, Mr. Pew, LP Phrom and Mrs. Chab, all of them passed away.
In his childhood, he studied with a monk at the temple where was nearby his house. When he could read and write, he began to study Cambodian. He got ordained on 15th March 1904 at Khianlai Temple, Tambon Banpraeg, Banpraeg District, Ayuttaya Province. He got his monk’s name, ‘Tawaro’ by LP Tomya of Khianlai Temple and he began doing intensive meditation.
LP Phrom was a good monk. He does loved charity. He had knowledge of black magic, but he never used it in bad way. He was an abbot of Chongkhae Temple who renovated and developed this temple.
LP Phrom passed away on 30th January CE1975 (BE2518) and his life was 91 years and 71 years in monkhood total. It is wondrousness until today that after his death because his body hasn’t been rotten for over 30 years!
