LP Hong Phrompanyo is a famous guru monk of Surin Province and well-known among disciples in Thailand and abroad such as Cambodia, Malaysia and Singapore.

LP Hong used to go on a pilgrimage in the woods near Thailand-Cambodia border for many years. While pilgrimage, it had a lot of miracles about him, mentioned or publicized for example LP Hong was not any wounded even being submerged in water and shot by Cambodian soldiers.
