On 18 July 2017, the rescue team got the call that pickup truck with four passengers lost control before slid roadside and hit the tree. At the accident scene found severely damaged vehicle and four people in panic, but safe: Mr. Sommai aged 50 (driver), his wife, his elder brother and his son aged 11. Everybody was all right, but brother of driver had a slight wound on chin. Mr. Sommai showed amulet he wore on his neck. It was ‘Luangpu Thuad’ amulet that is very reputed to save believers from fatal accidents and dangers. “I believe Luangpu Thuad had saved me and my family” said Mr. Sommai.
