Batch Name: “Sao 5” (a powerful day)

Size: 1.8 cm x 4.2 cm

Material:sacred tamarind wood called “Mai Makham Tai Prai”

FYI: “Tai Prai” is a word of a holy dead tree especially one dying while having fruit. Tai Prai wood is popularly used as material for amulet believed it can increase magical power.

Moreover, tamarind wood is an auspicious wood in Thai belief. Makham means “respect”. Thai people believe tamarind tree can prevent spirits and bad things as well as evoke reverential feelings in others.

Ceremony: holy blessing on Sao 5 (a powerful day) by LP Ban Analayo of Wat Pa Tep Nimit a reverend monk whom people in Sisaket Province highly respect.
