History of Phra Pidta:
A chubby Buddha with his hands covering his eyes is well-known as “Phra Pidta”, an icon of wealth in Thai belief. Idea of making Phra Pidta derives from Phra Kawampati or Phra Sangkajai who was an enlightened disciple of Buddha. With image that looked very much like Buddha, Phra Kawampati transformed himself to a chubby monk so that people will not misunderstand him as Buddha and that became signature of Phra Kawampati or Phra Sangkajai. Phra Pidta looks like Phra Sangkajai, but is in a different posture; putting his hands on his eyes that implies an attempt to obtain calmness of mind by stopping seeing. Phra Pidta is praised as god of wealth. Whoever worships Phra Pidta will be successful in wealth and business.

About LP Wichit of Wat Trairatwanaram, Chonburi Province:
This is Luang Por Wichit or Phra Kru Borirakrattanapon (birth: 9 Sep. 1947, preisthood: 6 Jun. 1969), abbot of Wat Trairatwanaram (formerly Wat Ling Ngam) in Chonburi Province. LP Wichit is one of skilled guru monks of Eastern Thailand with a lot of miracles shared from one to one. That is because LP Wichit received magical knowledge from many guru monks such as LP Noi of Wat NongPho, Nakhon Sawan Province who kept on mantras from LP Derm (past abbot) and from LP Do of Wat Na Matoom who built the legendary Phra Pidta of Chonburi Province. Moreover, LP Wichit ever studied dharma and meditation in real way of a pilgrim monk with LP Sim at Wat Tham Pha Pong in Chiang Mai Province for 2 years. Today, LP Wichit is a role model for monks, nuns and people in diligence and discipline; gets up 2-3 a.m. every day to chant and sweep temple ground and also tries his best to develop the temple. That is why people respect LP Wichit very much.
There was a miracle that when LP Wichit was newly appointed as an abbot of Wat Trairatwanaram, someone offered him three Thai houses in Samut Prakan Province. After receiving, LP Wichit and followers went there to remove the houses for re-building at temple. When reaching the houses (3 houses linked together), the followers saw beehives in the houses and they didn’t dare to remove, so they asked LP Wichit to do something. After LP Wichit saw that, he asked his followers for joss stick and candle. He lit joss stick and candle. Then closed his eyes and cast a spell for a while. When he opened his eyes, he told followers to carry on. People were amazed because they saw bees gradually flew out until all gone.

About AJ Khaek Rue-soh:
This is Ajarn Khaek Rue-soh, a layman who has deep interest and dedicates himself to magical science. AJ Khaek was born in Samut Prakan Provincen, but grew up in the South. His mother is a niece of LP Khiaw of Wat Huayngoh, a famous guru monk in Pattani Province. So AJ Khaek is his grandson. He ever looked after LP Khiaw for several years. Also, AJ Khaek is famous for Sak Yant (sacred tattooing).
“I have been fond of occultism and Buddha’s power since being a child. I began buying amulets when studying at primary 6 and seriously at secondary 3. My school master introduced “Hua Chiang” to me. Hia Chang is an amulet guru. He taught me how to see amulets” says AJ Khaek.
