Feature: The image of LP Boon with alms bowl means ‘wealth’ that LP Boon says whoever is not lazy to work will not get poor. The back of the medal has image of ‘Tao Wet Su Wan’ the guardian angel in Buddhist temples believed to drive out evil forces and help meditator from nuisance. Moreover, Tao Wet Su Wan is known as ‘the god of wealth’ according to his name ‘gold’.
Power: Power of this medal will protect holder from menace, bad omen and mysteries, as well as attract ceaseless windfalls and abundance of living.
Purpose: to earn donations to develop and restore the temple
Ceremony: Every medal receives holy blessing from LP Boon on the auspicious date.
About Guru Monk:
LP Somboon Paripoonnasilo or Luang Pu Boon is truly a good monk. He has strong mindfulness because he practices meditation intensively. He does a lot of favors for Buddhism and society. He used to be on behalf of the Supreme Patriarch of Thailand in Buddhism propagation. He propagates Buddhism by going on a pilgrimage in many places and giving Buddhists a sermon. He makes amulets to take proceeds to develop the temple, support education for novices, monk and disadvantaged children and help monks’ welfare. With his good behavior and virtues, people admire and respect him. His disciples are not only Thais but also foreigners.
LP Boon follows in the footsteps of Somdet Loon, the great Laotian monk who was praised about good contemplation. LP Boon was born on the 19th March BE 2478 (CE 1935) in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. He got ordained in BE 2514 (CE 1971). After ordination, he devoted himself to learning dharma and practicing meditation. He met many experienced guru monks and learnt dharma and meditation from them.
Now CE 2017, LP Boon is 82 years old and has been in monkhood for 43 years. His intention of serving Buddhism is still obvious. People praise him as A Good Monk of Nakhon Ratchasima Province.
**Real Experience: His amulets are being talked about because many worshippers got the results by themselves for example protection that people could be safe from accidents. One instance, a police officer wanted to prove the power of Phra Kring amulet by LP Boon, he fired a gun three times but a gun did not work three time!
