Kao Sam Roi Yod is the mountain in the national park in Prachuabkirikhan Province. It is a quiet place surrounded by nature. There are many caves in Kao Sam Roi Yod. Thai people believe that many hundreds of years ago, many Buddha disciples came to Kao Sam Roi Yod to do meditation. They stayed in the caves and did meditation until their minds were perfectly still and enlightened. These Buddha disciples left their bodies there when they died. Year after year, their bodies decayed and turned to rock in the caves called Hin Phra That. People believe that Hin Phra That is holy.

About Guru Monk:
When talking about Wat Klang Bang Kaew in Nakhon Pathom, everyone knows of LP Boon who was a famous guru monk in the past. When LP Boon was alive, he kindly brought up many novices. They got patronage and knowledge from LP Boon. Many of them became well-known guru monks such as LP Perm (Wat Klang Bang Kaew, Nakhon Pathom), LP Dee (Wat Suwannaram, Nakhon Pathom), LP Thongyu (Wat Tha Sao, Samut Sakhon), etc. These passed away already. However, there is one living disciple of LP Boon. He is Luang Pu Thei who is now (2015 CE)101 years old.
LP Thei is an abbot of Wat Yi Ngor in Narathiwat Province (the South). He is a disciple of LP Boon Wat Klang Bang Kaew and LP Thuad. LP Thei has very sacred power that in 2013 CE could protect navy corps from attack by the terrorists because of unsafe situations in 3 southernmost border Provinces (Narathiwat, Yala, Pattani).
LP Thei was born on 1 November 2457 BE (1914 CE) in Nakhon Pathom Province. When he was a child, he followed his uncle to stay at Wat Klang Bang Kaew in his hometown. LP Thei at that time was a cute boy closely looking after LP Boon, an abbot. LP Boon liked LP Thei, so he taught LP Thei meditation and mantra. Basically, LP Thei was interested in Buddhism, so it was not difficult to understand. At age 20, while LP Thei was preparing the ordination, he got bad news that his parent was sick. Therefore, he had to come back home to look after his parent. Later, LP Boon passed away that stopped ordination of LP Thei.
After that, LP Thei moved to Narathiwat with his elder sister. LP Thei made a living by general service. He had no wife. By the way, he did not quit Dharma. He still did meditation like LP Boon had taught. He also used mantra learning from LP Boon to help sick people without asking for money.
In 2505 BE (1962 CE), LP Thei had serious illness. He felt the death came closer. One night while sleeping, LP Thei dreamt of LP Boon telling him to get ordained as a monk so that the illness would be gone. LP Thei could not make decision. The second dream, he saw LP Thuad tell him to get ordained so that he could recover from illness. Next day, he told relatives and decided to have ordination.
The ordination took place on 6 August 2505 BE (1962 CE) when LP Thei was 48 at Wat Bang Nara in Narathiwat. After ordination, he became stronger surprisingly. He stayed at Wat Bang Nara and carried on Dharma and mantra. Soon, his magical ability became advanced that when he did meditation he could contact LP Boon spirit and LP Thuad spirit.

1. On 9 February 2013 CE, LP Thei appeared in public during the grand blessing ceremony at Wat Klang Bang Kaew, Nakhon Pathom. In the event, people did not know LP Thei because he was not invited. His arrival was mysterious. People asked him why he knew the event, LP Thei pointed to LP Boon statue in the chapel. That means LP Boon had told LP Thei to come. While guru monks were blessing, a man who has strong meditation saw aura from LP Thei and saw LP Boon and LP Thuad come out of LP Thei’s body. Not only a man but also a guru monk felt the power of LP Thei.
2. On 12 February 2013, disciple saw LP Thei do meditation all night. At dawn next day, LP Thei opened his eyes. Disciple asked LP Thei if he had something wrong last night. LP Thei said that he had helped the people. In the morning, TV reported that at 1 a.m. on 13 Feb. the terrorists had attacked the navy corps not far from Wat Yi Ngor (the temple where LP Thei stays at present). The navy corps all were safe but terrorists were killed. Disciple believed LP Thei invited LP Thuad spirit to protect the navy corps by using meditation last night.
