Regarding to Buddha’s Foot-Print Statue or Phra Phutthabat, in the 17th century at Saraburi province a hunter found a puddle of water which looked like a (oversized) footprint. It was declared a footprint of Buddha, and Wat Phra Phutthabat was built around it.
