About the Guru Monk:



LP Phaeo is not only a famous guru monk in Nakhon Pathom Province, but also one of top senior guru monks in Thailand. He is a worshipful monk who has full understanding in both dharma and Visha (supernatural arts). Many people love and respect him very much.

LP Phaeo was born on the 7th October 1923. At the age of 9, he studied Thai with LP Song at Wat NgaungMuang. He got ordained as a monk at the age of 20 at Wat NgaungPlahLai. He has been an expert of concentration of mindfulness in Buddhism way. In 1954, LP Phaeo still studied at Wat SaWahngChartPaCharBumRong. After that, LP Phaeo taught monks and novices at this temple. LP Phaeo developed the temple and helped an abbot of this temple. Until an abbot of Wat SaWahngChartPaCharBumRong resigned from monkhood, people invited LP Phaeo to be an abbot of this temple. LP Phaeo was an abbot at this temple until 1959. Then he moved to Wat KumPangSan and studied more meditation. Since that time, LP Phaeo has been an abbot of Wat KumPangSan.

Today, LP Phaeo has more than one in his supervision: Wat SaWahngChartPaCharBumRong, Nakhon Pathom Province; Wat KumPangSan, Nakhon Pathom Province and Wat CharoenRatBamrung, Nakhon Pathom Province.
