Myth about Naga
Naga is also intertwined with the history of Buddha, as seen in various legends where they play crucial roles in protecting and assisting the enlightened one. The story of Phaya Moot-cha-lin, the great Naga who provides shelter to Buddha under the Indian Oaktree, exemplifies the deep connection between Naga and Buddhism.

>> About the Guru Monk:

When talking about well-known guru monks in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, the first monk we think of is LP Koon. Today we would like to introduce another good monk in the same province.

This is LP John, a current abbot of Wat Boonyarit who is a close disciple of LP Tone (from Wat Khao Noi Khiriwan, Chonburi Province), a sacred monk in the past.

LP Tone

After ordination, LP John dedicates himself to maintaining Buddhism. LP John sets his heart to serve Buddhism until his last breath. LP John developed his temple, Wat Boonyarit in many ways.
