Wat Laem Auan would like to use the money for building the pavilion in order to be the place to hold the Buddhist rites. LP Gohng Tueang is the head of this project. Ceremony: The blessing ceremony will be held on the 15th May 2013 at 04.49 p.m. at Wat Laem Auan, Trat Province. LP Gohng Tueang participates in this event. Information about LP Gohng Tueang: LP Gohng Tueang was born on the 26th May B.E. 2466 (C.E. 1923) in Trat Province, the south of Thailand. When he was 22, he got ordained as a monk. After ordination, he learnt Buddha’s teachings and magic from LP Rord of Wat Morakaram, Cambodia. Two years after ordination, he resigned to help his parents work because his family was poor. Until the age of 63, his family’s finances were better, so he returned to monkhood. After the second ordination, LP Gohng Tueang has devoted himself to Buddhism. He used to be an abbot of Wat Klorng Muang, Cambodia. Now LP Gohng Tueang is 90. He stays at Wat Klorng Jark in Trat Province. He supports his temple and other temples. He makes powerful amulets for people to worship and uses the money for developing Wat Klorng Jark and donates some money to contribute Wat Klorng Muang’s affairs. LP Gohng Tueang is known by many people in Thailand and Cambodia. He is a good and grateful. Every year, he holds the ceremony to show respect and gratefulness to his teachers called “Wai Kru”. Many people admire and respect him.
