What is PongKaam? >>>

PongKaam (also called “Kiaw Hanuman”) is the name of quartz found in the north of Thailand.
It makes up itself for a very long time deeply underground. PongKaam has been known for a long time. PongKaam is beautiful and has supernatural power in itself.  PongKaam is known as one of amulets that can be a sacred accessory for example a necklace, a bracelet and a ring. PongKaam has various features such as these ones.

PongKaam has power in itself because it makes up itself deeply underground for millions of years and it absorbs natural power as time goes by. When the monks who have strong mindfulness bless PongKaam, it will be holy and powerful. When your mind is totally still, you can touch the power of PongKaam. Today, advantages of PongKaam are described widely. It can make the owner happy and relaxed. It can bring good things and good luck as well as also protect the owner from dangers. How to Fetch PongKaam>>>

To find PongKaam is not easy because it is the hard work involving supernatural.  Find PongKaam takes more than one man to do. First, people choose the area they like to dig. They just guess because they do not know. Some groups hold a small ceremony to pray to spirits for helping them to find.  Second, they use a crowbar and dig a deep hole.  This job is very hard because the ground is full of rock. The hole is about 3 - 4 meters deep. Not every group finds PongKaam. Some succeed but some do not. People say finding PongKaam is up to a person’s luck. PongKaam is precious and expensive, so people find it for making money. 

How to Worship PongKaam>>>

1) People believe washing PongKaam will remove bad things that PongKaam absorbs from its owner.

2) On every Buddhist day, people put PongKaam on a tray having a glass of water and flowers and chant.

3) On every full moon day, people put PongKaam in the moonlight so that it absorbs moon power that makes it more powerful.

4) People believe carrying along PongKaam to the blessing ceremony, PongKaam will absorb the holiness in the ceremony.

5)To place PongKaam in the chanting room is good because PongKaam can absorb good power to build it power.
